Awesome service kind and friendly staff would recommend to everyone

Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, was very pleasant. Really made me feel welcome and that I was in good hands. I live in NJ, was visiting mom in PA when I got a sinus infection. This place was closest to her that took my insurance. Doc did a thorough examination and gave me medication to get better. It was a quick and very good visit. In & out in about 30 minutes. 24 hours later I’m already feeling better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again if needed.

Brendon, he took his time and asked all the necessary questions. Did my exam and prescribed the medication needed. Honestly I highly recommend O’Connell urgent care in Port Jervis. The kind and professional you get in and out very quick. I’ve been there several times and did not have an any bad experience at all. This urgent care is an asset to Port Jervis and surrounding areas, including PA in the tech, most all insurances. J Covart.

I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The PA was attentive and knew right away what was wrong and how to treat it. She was kind and knowledgeable.

As a walking I expected a long wait but it was not. The staff was efficient, helpful and quick. I had blood drawn ( not my favorite thing) and it was surprisingly painless. The Dr. Was smart, patient ( while I described what bought me there) and thorough. He also ordered a ct scan to guess my fears and confirm my medical condition. Look...Dr. visits are " not my thing" but this facility gets a very warranted shout out.

No waiting, right in after calling, extremely fair price without insurance.

At 4:00 am I realized my eye was in need of being looked at by a medical professional. O’Connor Medical Urgent Cares website was easy to navigate and I scheduled an appointment for 8:25. I was promptly checked in and was seen by Dr. O’Connor by 8:35. He examined, diagnosed, and prescribed the appropriate course of treatment and I was on my way before 9:00! Great first experience!

Entire staff was very helpful, clear and compassionate. Especially want to note that Jessica was fabulous with my 4 and 10 yr olds even as they were sick and unhappy to be in the office.

My experience at your urgent care was the best. You are all so kind and friendly. You are so helpful in seeing that I get the best of care.

Waiting room is large and comfortable with water fountain and TV. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. They got me on wifi and did my intake on my phone. I was in and out in no time. Waiting was minimal. I saw the PA who got my symptoms and prescribed the necessary medications. I went to a nearby pharmacy and everything was sent over for my pickup. I hope to meet the doctor next time.

Everybody is very nice. They get you checked in fairly quickly. Doctors have great bedside mannerism. You are in and out. Although the sitting area is small, its very close seating. Maybe offering some kind of sanitation wipes for hands/ seat would add that extra level of comfort. Otherwise everything was excellent

Went for a physical. It was pretty busy at the time. The staff were organized and moved my husband an I thru the process in under 45 minutes while providing compassionate care.

My son was seen this morning, this was are first time at this facility. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and it was very clean. It was a speedy experience considering I have sat at other urgent cares for hours. Will definitely use this facility again if I should have to.

The level of care was wonderful! Very thorough, and very thoughtful. We saw the nurse and doctor quickly. The doctor took the time for an in depth assessment and conversation. I highly recommend them!

Since the VA clinic didn't have lab staff, I went there and was greeted and signed in quickly, vitals within 10 minutes and exam soon after. Once again a good experience.

Having moved here 2 years ago, I needed to go to an urgent care facility. A friend recommended O’Connor urgent care in Port Jervis. Great choice! Place was very friendly and clean. Didn't have Dr. O’Connor but the PA was very good, kind, and spent a lot of time with me. She explained everything to me. I will go there again when I'm not feeling well and highly recommend this place to others.

It was convenient to make appt on line on a Sunday. They took me after 10 min in waiting rm. Saw the PA.

So, when I became ill and wanted to be checked for flu/covid, etc. I did not hesitate to go here. Again, the care was amazing. No wait, seen immediately, care and concern was above and beyond. I was a walk-in needing a few tests done for my job, the front desk was very helpful and personable. The waiting area is nice and clean, as was the bathroom. And I had little to no wait time on a Friday afternoon. The nurse and doctor were both very pleasant and quick. If I had any recommendations, the bathroom needs a coat/purse hook on the door. I had to give a specimen and had no where to place my things other than the wet sink and the waiting room chairs are cheap and uncomfortable.

Was very please with patient care I received

I would give one star if I could. I went because my hair was falling out with sores on my head. I was offered moisturizing shampoo and told “I don’t see what you mean”. After asking if she recommend I go the ER, I was immediately diagnosed with a fungal scalp infection that can lead to scarring and permanent hair loss if left untreated. And given an immediate referral to a dermatologist. I’ve never felt so dismissed by a healthcare provider. Who had nothing to offer in terms of advise but moisturizing shampoo. She, especially as a woman, should be ashamed of herself.

The first time I came there I had 102 temperature & I only got gel pills for my cough I was getting worst they weren’t helping me & that was on Dec.31st 2023. I called to come back on Jan. 5th to get medication so I got Steroids and anabiotic be the first time I was there they they swapped me and they called me back and told me I had the flu so hopefully the medication I got now helps me I’m supposed to be getting something for my cold because I have a big cough and I’m waiting for them to call me if you got to give it to me yesterday so will see what happens .

An incredible experience… our son (10) got injured minutes before ball dropped on NYE, while out of town. We made a stop here, on 3 hour drive home, because their rating, which was confirmed. They were professional and thorough, while also being comforting and sensitive to our son’s fears. They got us in and out, fully confident we got the best care and with a smile on our son’s face. Highly recommend if ill or injured!

We arrived to a clean and friendly environment. The front receptionists were friendly with smiles. The nursing assistant was polite friendly and very through. And Dr. O’Conner was very professional and explained everything so we could understand what my wife had and needed to do to recover. The O’Conner Medical Urgent Care Center is a great place to visit when a person needs medical care.

Went there for the first time. Husband tested positive for Covid with a home test kit and we wanted to verify and see if he needed anything. Receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Waiting room and exam room clean. Physician Assistant pleasant and knowledgeable. We were happy with our experience here.

Absolutely 0/5 stars! Brought my 5 year old in with clearly visible red/pink crusty eyes and a cough and runny snotty nose with with yellow discharge along with a sore throat. Explained this all to the nurse and then again to PA Student. The PA student suggested a viral panel and strep test. Both negative. After all this she FINALLY gets a 5 second evaluation from the doctor where she was going to simply say it’s a virus and send us on our way. I had to ask well what about her eyes? She responded “oh I forgot” and in the midst of me trying to explain this is a reoccurring issue she walks out of the room!!! The PA student had to apologize on her behalf saying “I’m sorry there’s something going on” and ask what pharmacy I wanted eye drops sent to. Completely and totally unprofessional

One of the best Urgent Care’s we have been to.

As a walk-in patient on what was obviously a very busy morning, I was seen by the doctor in about 20-25 minutes. Once he entered the room I felt like he took the time to hear me out and discuss any concerns. It’s the first time in a while that I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off.

Good experience I came out feeling better my 11 year old says as the father I would give them five stars they were quick polite answered questions thoughtfully and gave us the picture of his break and a note for school without us having to ask

The intake process went smoothly, much prefer the new electronic approach to the forms that needed to be signed and my wait was less than 10 minutes . I experienced kindness, professionalism compassion and efficient medical care at its finest . Best of all, Dr. truly took the time to listen attentively, access my medical concerns and provide an effective, intelligent, well-thought out and reasonable treatment plan . Highly recommend.

Pleasant, clean offices with friendly and professional staff. Able to schedule visit and waiting time was minimal. Doctor and nurse were both caring and receptive and had me on my way with a prescription called in to my pharmacy. There was an unforeseen issue as my pharmacy had already closed, but a quick call back and they sent my prescription to a pharmacy that was open. I would most definitely recommend this practice.

Quick and easy. Had a 6:05 pm appointment was taken into a room at 6:03. Doctor was in shortly after that. Love the service and the ease.

Brandon makes you feel comfortable and the nurses also only thing I would say should be changed is there should be a different restroom in the back area so if the patient has samples to give there not walking through the waiting area

I went to this urgent care to get an x-ray of my ankle and foot. They saw me fairly quickly (Monday afternoon), diagnosed a small break and gave me a medical boot. Everyone was very nice. The facility only opened Sept 2022. Achieved what I needed locally.

This is my second time using this urgent care. Both visits were great. Very pleasant environment with wonderful staff. Everyone from the reception staff to the nurses to the doctors were professional as well as just very nice people who made you feel like they cared.

Myself and my family have been coming to this urgent care for awhile now. I have nothing but great experiences especially with the doctors who are extremley friendly and knowledgeable. Today my experience with the nurse who has grey curly hair was very unexpected. She was incredibly rude and unpersonable. When asked about what was going on I was telling her my background since I've been sick for almost 2 weeks now, I was cut short and was told to tell her what I was experiencing in the moment. I told her then she left. Upon her return to give me a strep test I told her I have taken antibiotics to which she huffed at and asked why and where I got them. I told her I was going to until I was cut short with my story. They were leftover from this urgent care from a month or two back and was taken recently to get rid of a sinus infection which did work. She probed me some more then left. The doctor I saw after was incredibly friendly and amazing. I will continue to return but was not happy with the nurse that saw me.

I waited for almost an hour to be called when those I had come in with were seen and had completed their appointments in that time. And then those who had come in after me without appointments were called before me, and left before I was called. Though that was challenging, the doctor was great and very helpful.

the staff was quick to get us in and out, very patient with my toddler who is not fond of "the doctors". they went above and beyond as it was a holiday weekend and I needed my script sent to other pharmacy so we could get his meds started.

Very convenient getting an appointment scheduled online same day and a later time that worked for me. Got to prefill out paperwork online too--so check in was fast. Waiting time was about 10 minutes. Got seen in about 10 minutes too. Doctor, nurses and staff were friendly and professional. My medical problem was resolved after their care. Seems like they take a wide array of insurances, fortunately. I'm very happy we have an urgent care in the Tristate area! Convenient hours too. Thank you!!

Arriving with a chronic headache, I was seen very quickly and treated with care and compassion. The building and rooms are very clean and give the impression of constant care. My Nurse was personable and professional and my Doctor interested and attentive. Staff seemed to really care about my situation. I was sent to a local Emergency room for further treatment. I would recommend the service to others and I'm very pleased they are in my community.

Everyone was extremely nice at office. The online registration through text glitched multiple times and wasted my time. I was seen at 10am and went to pick up script at 4pm where pharmacy said it was never received. Another waste of time. So simple mistakes but frustrating.

I was very please with front desk they were kind and efficient. The inside is modern clean and very pleasant to sit in waiting room. The nurse was very efficient and very nice. When the Dr came in he was very professional asked a lot of question asked how I was doing and he made a treatment plan. Over all I would recommend anyone to come for care.

I can’t thank all the staff enough!! My daughter was soooo sick and to make matter worse it was the day before her birthday. The staff greeted me so kindly and fast. The nurse was so much fun and engaging with my 4 yr old. The Dr then came in greeted and went over everything in detail with me. My daughter received stickers and so much love from everyone here. The best part was we were new patients!! In and out under 30min thank you!!!!

My experiences over the past few years left me with low confidence within the medical field. If I'm being honest, I was hesitant to seek care for my injury. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the office staff where checking in was simple and quick. The wait time was short. No wait time at all. Nurse was friendly and courteous. Dr. O Connor was wonderful. Took time to listen to me. Had sent request to pharmacy for prescriptions before he left the room. Facility was clean and bright and new!! My appointment was at 405. I was checked in and in room with a nurse taking my vitals by 410. Dr.O Connor saw me at 420 and I was out at 435. All the staff I met were very kind and pleasant.
