So glad I found this Urgent Care in Port Jervis. I went early this summer with a strep throat and they diagnosed and gave me great medication and I was fine Now its the end of the summer, I put my back out and they helped me with that as well. i’ve been coming here since they opened. He examined me and prescribed some medication to help. I was on my way in a few moments. Excellent service!!!!!

I believe I was only there for about 35 minutes from the time I signed in until I left! I want to share how great my recent visit to O'Connor Urgent Care in Port Jervis was. I wasn't feeling well or in high spirits arriving, but the kind, professional staff made all the difference. From the welcoming receptionists to the attentive nurses and the doctor, everyone was fantastic. The doctor answered all my questions without making me feel rushed like at other offices. Being treated with such genuine care made a tough day so much better. Thank you to the wonderful team!

This review is for my mom’s visit. We were very happy with my mom’s experience there yesterday. Dr. Melanie took care of two problems for my mom. We were so happy when we left there because my mom could hear a lot better after the doctor flushed out her ear and ordered up meds for the other problem. Everyone at the facility is kind and pleasant. Definitely would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The front desk was very welcoming and patient with the elderly asking the same questions over and over. Ashley, I believe that was her name, the nurse practitioner was very thorough. The only mishap was that my medication was ordered twice, and therefore they could not fulfill it without me paying out-of-pocket. Insurance Said it would have to be reviewed

Today was my first time going to O’Connor Urgent Care. The staff was very nice, efficient, attentive and helpful!! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs them. I was 100% satisfied with my care.

I have been to the clinic several times since moving to Pa. The waiting room is lovely, clean and organized. The staff all are kind and courteous . Most importantly they conduct themselves in a professional manner. They maintain patient privacy and work in an expedient fashion. I am so impressed with how amazingly well cared for I felt with these practitioners . They are wonderful people who truly care about their patients. You leave there knowing you were fully taken care of.

I fell and face-planted on a sidewalk. I was taken to the hospital. Required stiches. I had the stiches removed at the emergency center. My first time there. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. The front desk staff were super. The medical staff were terrific. I was nervous. My fears were put to rest. I highly recommend O'Donnor Medical.

I had to go back to the Urgent Care the following morning after my initial visit. I just wanted to make sure my condition was not getting worse. I had swelling on my eyelid and cheekbone and didn’t want to take any chances with this situation. I was seen very promptly by Dahlia and she was very thorough with examining me. At the end of the visit she said she was going to call me the following day, just to make sure the swelling was going down. Sure enough, the next morning about 10 a.m. she called to check on me! Yes, the swelling was indeed improving and the antibiotics were working. I can’t say enough about what this call meant to me. She was exceptional!! By today the swelling has gone away on my eyelid and cheekbone so I couldn’t be happier!

I went to the Urgent Care and Dr. Brandon O’Connor and the staff were very courteous and helpful. They were pleasant to speak with and I did get my questions answered. Dr. O’Connor listened as I explained my problem and with his help I seem to be on the road to recovery. This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care and it was a good experience!!

The receptionist at the desk was very patient with me and understanding, and it wasn't long before I got quality attention from the inside staff as well. I was very impressed.

The front desk was courteous and friendly(Joselyn) I was taken in promptly to be seen by Dr. O'Connor.. The initial interview by the MA when in the room could be a little warmer and more friendly but they did their job well... Dr. O'Connor came in gave me a thorough examination, As well as an in-depth interview as to why I was there... He listens intently, he cares, and his medical knowledge is excellent.. It's unusual to get Such one on one relationship with a provider any longer.. Dr. Oconnor stands out in this regard... I recommend this urgent center to anyone needing individualized medical care, information, and treatment.. We are very blessed to have this center in our own neighborhoods...

I went to this urgent care after not feeling well for a few days. The care they provided was not only thorough but outstanding. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with the medication I need to start feeling better again. I will definitely go back there in the future

I scheduled an appointment online. Filled out all the necessary online forms. When I arrived at the facility was checked in by the receptionist who reviewed my forms and was seen by medical professionals almost immediately. The staff were amazing and professional. I felt I received great care and attention during my appointment. I highly recommend the facility.

I walked into the Medical Center and I was treated very well by the receptionist. I was called I went into a room with the nurse. She was very pleasant. She asked me questions. It is always a pleasure to visit Dr O'Connor's Urgent Care, even though I am usually there because I am sick. I am always pleasantly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. My wait time was short and I was seen by Alyssa Stein PA who asked me some questions and examined my eye, which is why I was there. She asked some more questions and decided that I needed a prescription to treat it. There was also a young woman there who took my vitals and asked why I was there. She was also polite and professional. It was a successful visit.

I appreciate the festive decorations for the holidays because that puts you at ease right away because you know they care about setting the tone for your visit. Being greeted with a smile helps you relax as well because you're here for your health. The medical assistant also took all my vital signs efficiently and before I knew Dr. O'Connor was knocking on the door to figure out what ails me. Dr. O'Connor perfectly got to the examination and the prescription was on the way to Walgreens. Many doctors I meet for the first time make me nervous and Dr. O'Connor made me feel relaxed. I have never had a bad experience in the 3 years I have been coming here. I will drive 45 minutes from Dingmans Ferry, PA because of the quality of care I always receive.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this urgent care. I checked in at the desk and I was called in to a patient room within about 5 minutes. Vitals taken immediately. Then physical exam done. Everyone was very nice there. I highly recommend them.

Well, the staff was wonderful and the wait was not very long, I was a little disappointed that a simple thing like IV fluid to replace hydration was unavailable at urgent care. I don’t know if that’s all urgent care’s general policy or just this facility. I ended up being discharged from urgent care and being recommended to go to the emergency room for testing and fluids.

I visited hoping to get a referral / prescription for physical therapy. The office was busy but things moved along fairly quickly. Everyone that I encountered was courteous and friendly. Came in with a fractured elbow, staff was kind and attentive, convenient X-ray done in office, in and out in an hour and a half with a temporary cast and a diagnosis. Will definitely recommend to friends/neighbors!

Came in for a Lyme blood test and although I don’t remember anyone’s name, everyone was amazing with making sure I left when I was physically OK to. Fear of needles didn’t win out and all staff was very accommodating.

I was treated promptly and respectfully. I came in with a swollen, painful toe and given a course of antibiotics. At this writing I have one pill remaining and the toe is less red but still swollen and painful. I need more attention.

Quick and fast check in for myself and wife in the same room. First in was triage assistance forgot name sorry.took vitalswrote down drugs used and cumatances for us. Also took wife's blood and urine sample.next Alyssa LPN who gave inspection to my foot,wife legs and explanation for problems. Notice a infection on bad toe same foot,said I'm giving antibiotics cream and capsuls to help fight it. Very accurate. Then last but not forgotten Dr.O'Conner and gave us both a synopsis of his findings and what treatments to be done,elevate,ice,Epson salt soak and plenty of rest.agree to take blood ,urine sample of wife and seek further help. Nice DOC. and knowledgeable. Then Alyssia reenter with some bad news of slight fracture and said your wearing a boot to help with walking etc. This boot is helping alot. Thanks Alyssia. We both asked doc. And lpn alot of questions and they answered everyone. Many thanks to all three and reception. very easy and pleasant

I’ve been before and was very happy. This time it was Dr O’Connor but a female. The nurse swabbed me, but she barely examined me and just said viral since swabs were negative. Never looked in my ears, felt my glands, looked in my throat. Only listed to my chest and that was it.

Obviously, heading to urgent care is never a good situation, but ever since I found Dr O’Connor it’s been a game changer: In and out within 30 minutes and I always feel better leaving then I do coming in. Picked an appointment time online for 11:05am for my daughter. Arrived on time (few minutes early) for check in, still waited. And yeah, I understand it’s a walk in facility as well. But then what’s the point of appointment times? Overall the wait wasn’t bad, the nurse who roomed us was especially nice and accommodating considering I had to bring my twin toddlers with me. Dr O’Connor was very polite and helpful. Listened to my concerns, took everything into consideration, and tested/treated appropriately. He even tried to help with a secondary issue she had, but when my daughter became clearly upset and uncomfortable he backed off and gave alternative solutions for the problem while still offering his services for the issue should we need them and to come back. Front desk staff was helpful and polite. This urgent care is out of my way/normal area, but was necessary and convenient given the circumstances. If I had to, I’d definitely go back.

I arrived just after opening. I was seen right away, and the Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed everything immediately. There was a slight miscommunication on the pharmacy I used, but once that was addressed the staff corrected it immediately. Very clean, professional and friendly staff.

I was visiting the PA area from NY. I had a problem with a wound that wouldn’t stop bleeding. The Dr and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did a great job rebandaging my wounds. I heartily recommend them for their professionalism and efficiency

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Service time was pretty quick. I wasn’t too happy to hear though that my medication list wasn’t charted correctly from my previous visit. I’m on a lot of medications and this took more time out of my visit to go over and explain what every medication is used for because it wasn’t listed correctly the first time:

Didn't really help. Recommended a medication not covered by insurance and is readily available over the counter. Still have fluid in my ears and no way to get rid of it unless I see an ENT three months from now. Each time I went in the front desk, the nurse, the student PA and PA all ask me whY brings me in. Everyone takes notes but evidently no one talks to each other or refers to chart. Between both visits I had to explain what's going on 8 times. The patients also need to be advised that they are not obligated to allow a student into their room or answer their questions. My consent was never requested nor given the student just comes into the room the last two visits and accompanies the physician. Some patients may not know or feel uncomfortable to speak up that they don't have to allow students in the exam room. I do not mind it but patients need to be aware in case they are uncomfortable.

First time coming to this urgent care facility, and it was very fast, simple and easy. The workers were very kind and patient with us.

Brought 5 yr old son in to be seen who was in extreme pain after picking up sick from school. Receptionist so fast and sweet as can be. Was seen within 5 mins from a wonderful kind courteous caring team of nurses and Dr.’s. Found he had double ear infections and they immediately called over the antibiotics to the pharmacy in town where it was waiting and ready for us when we arrived. I only use this urgent care and recommend them to everyone. They care so much and don’t treat you with so much care, respect and empathy. Everyone even the receptionists are the sweetest! Thank you

As I’ve come to expect from O’Connor Urgent Care, the service and care shown at the clinic is outstanding! Small town feel, like a family doctor and nothing like your typical urgent care clinic which are usually impersonal and long wait times. O’Connor’s staff are professional, friendly and efficient from the reception to the intake assistant to the doctor and the follow up all excellent!

I brought my son in for an appointment, he was upset and the staff was exceptional. The front desk was quick with check in, the MA was speedy as well and also adaptive to my child who wasn’t feeling well so he wasn’t in the best mood. NP Melanie was very kind, she understood he wasn’t feeling well and she was able to do his exam and send what was needed right away to help him start feeling better. Every time I go here no matter the issue the experience is 10/10.

They may not always tell me what I wanna hear( they do put up with my whining), but they definitely make me feel better using their cutting edge, diagnosis And treatment for the underlined reasons that brought me in. This was my first visit at O'Connor and it was the best experience at an urgent care facility ever. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was so thankful because I was experiencing severe lower back pain and sitting was beyond excruciating. The staff is really friendly and efficient. Finally an urgent care facility that lives up the name.

I saw Dr O’Conner yesterday and he wanted me on an antibiotic for 10 days. I went to the pharmacy today and the prescription was never called in. I called the office from the pharmacy parking lot and I was told it would be taken care of. Two hours later I called the pharmacy and they still received the script. I am a senior citizen and now I have to wait for the prescription to be filled. And it is bitter cold out, I’m sick and I have to go out again!

It was very busy when i went in but i was in and out within a hour and the whole staff was very nice i highly recommend!!

Friendly staff, clean facility and very thorough PA! I went into O’Connor urgent care very nervous about a few spots on my daughter’s skin that looked to be infected. Richard Blazeski,PA-C explained what it was and treatment for it. I left urgent care feeling much better that my daughter would be treated with antibiotics and an ointment for relief. I highly recommend O’Connor Urgent care!

He is very good, and caring. Would come back if I need it.

Can’t say enough about how great Dr O’Connor and his team are. Easy online appt. (Although you may walk in). I was seen right away! Although the practice was busy, people were tended to immediately. Dr O’Connor was thorough and I immediately wished he could be my primary physician. This was 3 days before Christmas… it was so stress free and my rx was ready at my pharmacy while I was driving home to Lords Valley! This urgent care is exceptional!!! Thank you O’Connor

Mr. O'Connor was very professional, easy to work with and amazing. He handled my child very well he was able to stay calm while she was stressed out. He was very patient, understanding and great with children. I would definitely recommend him and would go back to see him again

Really nice kind people

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this urgent care facility. It is ALWAYS a very professional experience. From the front reception desk to those who take your vitals in the room before the doctor comes in you are made to feel that they care about you and what brought you in. Excellent staff and facility !!

Alyssa the PA we saw was courteous and addressed our concerns. She was professional and I would see her again. It is a clean and new office with no wait when we went. The entire staff was pleasant and efficient.

The staff and doctors are very nice. I’ve gone there probably 15 times. Every time they were able to take care of our needs.

New patient registration went well. Was greeted kindly and was seen relatively quickly. I was examined by the PA and prescribed medication and left. Medication was ready at the pharmacy so that went well. Overall a pleasant easy experience

As usual, staff treatment was wonderful. They are all very pleasant and helpful. I was taken immediately (this was Sunday morning and not crowded. I was examined, diagnosed, told what to do and on my way home. Thank God for O’Connor Urgent Care.

If one has to go to urgent care, this is the one to go to. The staff was very kind and understanding. It was very busy when I was there but things moved quickly. The nurse practitioner I saw was wonderful and put me at ease. I am so happy that Port Jervis has an urgent care that is run so well.
