I appreciate the festive decorations for the holidays because that puts you at ease right away because you know they care about setting the tone for your visit. Being greeted with a smile helps you relax as well because you're here for your health. The medical assistant also took all my vital signs efficiently and before I knew Dr. O'Connor was knocking on the door to figure out what ails me. Dr. O'Connor perfectly got to the examination and the prescription was on the way to Walgreens. Many doctors I meet for the first time make me nervous and Dr. O'Connor made me feel relaxed. Feeling grateful.

I love coming to this Urgent Care. The staff and all providers are wonderful. They are so amazing and very caring. They listen to my problems and address my needs. I have never had a bad experience in the 3 years I have been coming here. I will drive 45 minutes from Dingmans Ferry, PA because of the quality of care I always receive.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this urgent care. I checked in at the desk and I was called in to a patient room within about 5 minutes. Vitals taken immediately. Then physical exam done. Everyone was very nice there. I highly recommend them.

Well, the staff was wonderful and the wait was not very long, I was a little disappointed that a simple thing like IV fluid to replace hydration was unavailable at urgent care. I don’t know if that’s all urgent care’s general policy or just this facility. I ended up being discharged from urgent care and being recommended to go to the emergency room for testing and fluids.

The medical assistant was very lovely. The PA was just as nice. The staff up front are very welcoming when you first walk in.

I visited hoping to get a referral / prescription for physical therapy. The office was busy but things moved along fairly quickly. Everyone that I encountered was courteous and friendly. The doctor was able to help and I was on my way in about 1/2 hour. Well run office and I would certainly recommend.

Came in with a fractured elbow, staff was kind and attentive, convenient X-ray done in office, in and out in an hour and a half with a temporary cast and a diagnosis. Will definitely recommend to friends/neighbors!

Came in for a Lyme blood test and although I don’t remember anyone’s name, everyone was amazing with making sure I left when I was physically OK to. Fear of needles didn’t win out and all staff was very accommodating.

I was treated promptly and respectfully. I came in with a swollen, painful toe and given a course of antibiotics. At this writing I have one pill remaining and the toe is less red but still swollen and painful. I need more attention.

Quick and fast check in for myself and wife in the same room. First in was triage assistance forgot name sorry.took vitalswrote down drugs used and cumatances for us. Also took wife's blood and urine sample.next Alyssa LPN who gave inspection to my foot,wife legs and explanation for problems. Notice a infection on bad toe same foot,said I'm giving antibiotics cream and capsuls to help fight it. Very accurate. Then last but not forgotten Dr.O'Conner and gave us both a synopsis of his findings and what treatments to be done,elevate,ice,Epson salt soak and plenty of rest.agree to take blood ,urine sample of wife and seek further help. Nice DOC. and knowledgeable. Then Alyssia reenter with some bad news of slight fracture and said your wearing a boot to help with walking etc. This boot is helping alot. Thanks Alyssia. We both asked doc. And lpn alot of questions and they answered everyone. Many thanks to all three and reception. very easy and pleasant

I’ve been before and was very happy. This time it was Dr O’Connor but a female. The nurse swabbed me, but she barely examined me and just said viral since swabs were negative. Never looked in my ears, felt my glands, looked in my throat. Only listed to my chest and that was it.

I can’t say enough about the staff, service, and quality of treatment I get from Doctor Connor and team at the urgent care. Obviously, heading to urgent care is never a good situation, but ever since I found Dr O’Connor it’s been a game changer: In and out within 30 minutes and I always feel better leaving then I do coming in. I did not have a man see me. I was not pleased with the overall service that I received. She was literally in the room with me for less than 5 minutes and it cost me $35.00.

Picked an appointment time online for 11:05am for my daughter. Arrived on time (few minutes early) for check in, still waited. And yeah, I understand it’s a walk in facility as well. But then what’s the point of appointment times? Overall the wait wasn’t bad, the nurse who roomed us was especially nice and accommodating considering I had to bring my twin toddlers with me. Dr O’Connor was very polite and helpful. Listened to my concerns, took everything into consideration, and tested/treated appropriately. He even tried to help with a secondary issue she had, but when my daughter became clearly upset and uncomfortable he backed off and gave alternative solutions for the problem while still offering his services for the issue should we need them and to come back. Front desk staff was helpful and polite. This urgent care is out of my way/normal area, but was necessary and convenient given the circumstances. If I had to, I’d definitely go back.

I arrived just after opening. I was seen right away, and the Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed everything immediately. There was a slight miscommunication on the pharmacy I used, but once that was addressed the staff corrected it immediately. Very clean, professional and friendly staff.

Awesome service from the start

I was visiting the PA area from NY. I had a problem with a wound that wouldn’t stop bleeding. The Dr and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did a great job rebandaging my wounds. I heartily recommend them for their professionalism and efficiency

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Service time was pretty quick. I wasn’t too happy to hear though that my medication list wasn’t charted correctly from my previous visit. I’m on a lot of medications and this took more time out of my visit to go over and explain what every medication is used for because it wasn’t listed correctly the first time:

Didn't really help. Recommended a medication not covered by insurance and is readily available over the counter. Still have fluid in my ears and no way to get rid of it unless I see an ENT three months from now. Each time I went in the front desk, the nurse, the student PA and PA all ask me whY brings me in. Everyone takes notes but evidently no one talks to each other or refers to chart. Between both visits I had to explain what's going on 8 times. The patients also need to be advised that they are not obligated to allow a student into their room or answer their questions. My consent was never requested nor given the student just comes into the room the last two visits and accompanies the physician. Some patients may not know or feel uncomfortable to speak up that they don't have to allow students in the exam room. I do not mind it but patients need to be aware in case they are uncomfortable.

Brought 5 yr old son in to be seen who was in extreme pain after picking up sick from school. Receptionist so fast and sweet as can be. Was seen within 5 mins from a wonderful kind courteous caring team of nurses and Dr.’s. Found he had double ear infections and they immediately called over the antibiotics to the pharmacy in town where it was waiting and ready for us when we arrived. I only use this urgent care and recommend them to everyone. They care so much and don’t treat you with so much care, respect and empathy. Everyone even the receptionists are the sweetest! Thank you

As I’ve come to expect from O’Connor Urgent Care, the service and care shown at the clinic is outstanding! Small town feel, like a family doctor and nothing like your typical urgent care clinic which are usually impersonal and long wait times. O’Connor’s staff are professional, friendly and efficient from the reception to the intake assistant to the doctor and the follow up all excellent!

I brought my son in for an appointment, he was upset and the staff was exceptional. The front desk was quick with check in, the MA was speedy as well and also adaptive to my child who wasn’t feeling well so he wasn’t in the best mood. NP Melanie was very kind, she understood he wasn’t feeling well and she was able to do his exam and send what was needed right away to help him start feeling better. Every time I go here no matter the issue the experience is 10/10.

They may not always tell me what I wanna hear( they do put up with my whining), but they definitely make me feel better using their cutting edge, diagnosis And treatment for the underlined reasons that brought me in. This was my first visit at O'Connor and it was the best experience at an urgent care facility ever. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was so thankful because I was experiencing severe lower back pain and sitting was beyond excruciating. The staff is really friendly and efficient. Finally an urgent care facility that lives up the name.

I saw Dr O’Conner yesterday and he wanted me on an antibiotic for 10 days. I went to the pharmacy today and the prescription was never called in. I called the office from the pharmacy parking lot and I was told it would be taken care of. Two hours later I called the pharmacy and they still received the script. I am a senior citizen and now I have to wait for the prescription to be filled. And it is bitter cold out, I’m sick and I have to go out again!

The wait to see Dr was very short he addressed my issue very quickly, explained to me what meds he recommended .And put request through quickly to my pharmacy

Although very busy the day I was there, wait time was no more than a few minutes, and they listened to all my concerns and provided treatment. The treatment solved my medical condition. My family and I have used this office three times in the past six months with the same excellent results each time, for various conditions. I will continue to use this Urgent Care organization. They are professional, and patient oriented.

Richard Blazeski,PA-C explained what it was and treatment for it. I left urgent care feeling much better that my daughter would be treated with antibiotics and an ointment for relief. Can’t say enough about how great Dr O’Connor and his team are. Easy online appt. (Although you may walk in). I was seen right away! Although the practice was busy, people were tended to immediately. If one has to go to urgent care, this is the one to go to. The staff was very kind and understanding. It was very busy when I was there but things moved quickly. The nurse practitioner I saw was wonderful and put me at ease. I am so happy that Port Jervis has an urgent care that is run so well.

It was a full house today and the waiting time was minimal. They took their time with me. I had a PA named Dahlia, who is wonderful and took care of my issue. It was small and some more urgent to me, but she made it feel like it was as important as a heart attack.! I found this ad that popped up and I went to look for it today because I needed to go to a close urgent care because I didn’t feel like driving with the problem that I had and found this urgent care 6 miles from me. out of one to 10 I give this an 11

Quickly seen by doctor. The doctor was very quick to diagnose and improve my condition via the in office treatment. Meds were ordered and began to work very quickly. Very appreciative of everyone at the urgent care facility.

Highly recommend Urgent Care Center in Port Jervis, NY. Front desk very organized and efficient. Wait time was very short. Nurse took all vitals immediately and recored all medications being taken. And, Dr. Brandon O'Connor came in shortly thereafter. Very personable and asked very good questions to determine what happened. Examined my wound area very well & took all my vitals. Reasured me that all would be well. Prescribed 2 medications and asked me to call him if things did not improve. Always fast and quick service. The girls in front are helpful and nice . The doctors are caring and friendly. Not this visit but the visit before I was very sick I was all by myself with my daughter. I had 103 fever and I felt like I was about to pass out. They rushed me right into a room. They took care of me and they took care of my daughter, actually let me sleep in their room until I felt better after they had given me some medicine to go home they looked after my daughter while I was sleeping. Can’t say enough how good this urgent care is everyone inside the doctors receptionist they’re thorough they ask all the questions, in order to make sure that you’re getting the correct treatment the friendly and kind. I walked in around 8.30 am sat maybe 5 mins and was called in . Waited less than 5 mins and was seen very good staff doctor assistance was good as well as a training student who assisted in taking 6 of 16 stiches that I had gotten from ER 10 days ago. 10 more stiches will come out in 4 more days

As a visitor from South Carolina I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff. I didn't physically have my insurance cards on me and the receptionist had a smile and took the time to research my information. The P.A. took into account my recent surgery while diagnosing my current health issue. I recommend this office and their staff for all your medical needs.
