I saw Dr O’Conner yesterday and he wanted me on an antibiotic for 10 days. I went to the pharmacy today and the prescription was never called in. I called the office from the pharmacy parking lot and I was told it would be taken care of. Two hours later I called the pharmacy and they still received the script. I am a senior citizen and now I have to wait for the prescription to be filled. And it is bitter cold out, I’m sick and I have to go out again!

The wait to see Dr was very short he addressed my issue very quickly, explained to me what meds he recommended .And put request through quickly to my pharmacy

They Handled my situation with care and got me out of there quick.

Excellent service. All the staff and doctor's were excellent. Although very busy the day I was there, wait time was no more than a few minutes, and they listened to all my concerns and provided treatment. The treatment solved my medical condition. My family and I have used this office three times in the past six months with the same excellent results each time, for various conditions. I will continue to use this Urgent Care organization. They are professional, and patient oriented.

This urgent care is well run, professional front desk and clinical staff. The doctor was kind - he asks the right questions and listens carefully to answers. He was very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this Urgent Care, and they have the rapid test machine which gives results in 20 minutes. The facility is clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean facility and very thorough PA! I went into O’Connor urgent care very nervous about a few spots on my daughter’s skin that looked to be infected. Richard Blazeski,PA-C explained what it was and treatment for it. I left urgent care feeling much better that my daughter would be treated with antibiotics and an ointment for relief. I highly recommend O’Connor Urgent care!

Can’t say enough about how great Dr O’Connor and his team are. Easy online appt. (Although you may walk in). I was seen right away! Although the practice was busy, people were tended to immediately. Dr O’Connor was thorough and I immediately wished he could be my primary physician. This was 3 days before Christmas… it was so stress free and my rx was ready at my pharmacy while I was driving home to Lords Valley! This urgent care is exceptional!!! Thank you O’Connor

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this urgent care facility. It is ALWAYS a very professional experience. From the front reception desk to those who take your vitals in the room before the doctor comes in you are made to feel that they care about you and what brought you in. Excellent staff and facility !!

As usual, staff treatment was wonderful. They are all very pleasant and helpful. I was taken immediately (this was Sunday morning and not crowded. I was examined, diagnosed, told what to do and on my way home. Thank God for O’Connor Urgent Care.

If one has to go to urgent care, this is the one to go to. The staff was very kind and understanding. It was very busy when I was there but things moved quickly. The nurse practitioner I saw was wonderful and put me at ease. I am so happy that Port Jervis has an urgent care that is run so well.

It was a full house today and the waiting time was minimal. They took their time with me. I had a PA named Dahlia, who is wonderful and took care of my issue. It was small and some more urgent to me, but she made it feel like it was as important as a heart attack.! I found this ad that popped up and I went to look for it today because I needed to go to a close urgent care because I didn’t feel like driving with the problem that I had and found this urgent care 6 miles from me. out of one to 10 I give this an 11

Everyone was absolutely wonderful and willing to help hold her hand and talk to her to distract her from what was happening with her leg. Quickly seen by doctor. The doctor was very quick to diagnose and improve my condition via the in office treatment. Meds were ordered and began to work very quickly. Very appreciative of everyone at the urgent care facility.

Highly recommend Urgent Care Center in Port Jervis, NY. Front desk very organized and efficient. Wait time was very short. Nurse took all vitals immediately and recored all medications being taken. And, Dr. Brandon O'Connor came in shortly thereafter. Very personable and asked very good questions to determine what happened. Examined my wound area very well & took all my vitals. Reasured me that all would be well. Prescribed 2 medications and asked me to call him if things did not improve. Always fast and quick service. The girls in front are helpful and nice . The doctors are caring and friendly. Not this visit but the visit before I was very sick I was all by myself with my daughter. I had 103 fever and I felt like I was about to pass out. They rushed me right into a room. They took care of me and they took care of my daughter, actually let me sleep in their room until I felt better after they had given me some medicine to go home they looked after my daughter while I was sleeping. Thank you for that wonderful .

Can’t say enough how good this urgent care is everyone inside the doctors receptionist they’re thorough they ask all the questions, in order to make sure that you’re getting the correct treatment the friendly and kind. The façade of the building is nice inside of the building is spotless great place to go I recommend it 110% and they do walkins of course.

Great experience. Normally I’m hesitant going to Urgent Cares. I can’t stand germ infested overpacked waiting rooms and sitting there extended periods of time. Not here! Although the waiting room had people in it, I was in and out, including x-rays in under an hour. The staff was very courteous and treated me with the utmost respect and compassion.

I walked in around 8.30 am sat maybe 5 mins and was called in . Waited less than 5 mins and was seen very good staff doctor assistance was good as well as a training student who assisted in taking 6 of 16 stiches that I had gotten from ER 10 days ago. 10 more stiches will come out in 4 more days

As a visitor from South Carolina I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff. I didn't physically have my insurance cards on me and the receptionist had a smile and took the time to research my information. The P.A. took into account my recent surgery while diagnosing my current health issue. I recommend this office and their staff for all your medical needs.

I highly recommend this urgent care facility. My wife and I went there this past Saturday for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. We were not there long before we were called in to the examining room. They checked and diagnosed us within a half hour! All the staff including the front desk are very helpful and courteous. I live in NJ, was visiting mom in PA when I got a sinus infection. This place was closest to her that took my insurance. Doc did a thorough examination and gave me medication to get better. It was a quick and very good visit. In & out in about 30 minutes. 24 hours later I’m already feeling better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again if needed.

As a walking I expected a long wait but it was not. The staff was efficient, helpful and quick. I had blood drawn ( not my favorite thing) and it was surprisingly painless. The Dr. Was smart, patient ( while I described what bought me there) and thorough. He also ordered a ct scan to guess my fears and confirm my medical condition. Look...Dr. visits are " not my thing" but this facility gets a very warranted shout out.

At 4:00 am I realized my eye was in need of being looked at by a medical professional. O’Connor Medical Urgent Cares website was easy to navigate and I scheduled an appointment for 8:25. I was promptly checked in and was seen by Dr. O’Connor by 8:35. He examined, diagnosed, and prescribed the appropriate course of treatment and I was on my way before 9:00! Great first experience!

Entire staff was very helpful, clear and compassionate. Especially want to note that Jessica was fabulous with my 4 and 10 yr olds even as they were sick and unhappy to be in the office.

My experience at your urgent care was the best. You are all so kind and friendly. You are so helpful in seeing that I get the best of care.

Waiting room is large and comfortable with water fountain and TV. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. They got me on wifi and did my intake on my phone. I was in and out in no time. Waiting was minimal. I saw the PA who got my symptoms and prescribed the necessary medications. I went to a nearby pharmacy and everything was sent over for my pickup. I hope to meet the doctor next time.

Everybody is very nice. They get you checked in fairly quickly. Doctors have great bedside mannerism. You are in and out. Although the sitting area is small, its very close seating. Maybe offering some kind of sanitation wipes for hands/ seat would add that extra level of comfort. Otherwise everything was excellent

Went for a physical. It was pretty busy at the time. The staff were organized and moved my husband an I thru the process in under 45 minutes while providing compassionate care.

My son was seen this morning, this was are first time at this facility. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and it was very clean. It was a speedy experience considering I have sat at other urgent cares for hours. Will definitely use this facility again if I should have to.

The level of care was wonderful! Very thorough, and very thoughtful. We saw the nurse and doctor quickly. The doctor took the time for an in depth assessment and conversation. I highly recommend them!

Since the VA clinic didn't have lab staff, I went there and was greeted and signed in quickly, vitals within 10 minutes and exam soon after. Once again a good experience.

Having moved here 2 years ago, I needed to go to an urgent care facility. A friend recommended O’Connor urgent care in Port Jervis. Great choice! Place was very friendly and clean. Didn't have Dr. O’Connor but the PA was very good, kind, and spent a lot of time with me. She explained everything to me. I will go there again when I'm not feeling well and highly recommend this place to others.

It was convenient to make appt on line on a Sunday. They took me after 10 min in waiting rm. Saw the PA.

Very impressed. I have never used an Urgent care till last week when my husband cut his hand open. They were absolutely wonderful with that situation. So, when I became ill and wanted to be checked for flu/covid, etc. I did not hesitate to go here. Again, the care was amazing. No wait, seen immediately, care and concern was above and beyond. Thankfully, did not have flu or covid.... I would highly recommend O'Connor Urgent Care...

I was a walk-in needing a few tests done for my job, the front desk was very helpful and personable. The waiting area is nice and clean, as was the bathroom. And I had little to no wait time on a Friday afternoon. The nurse and doctor were both very pleasant and quick. If I had any recommendations, the bathroom needs a coat/purse hook on the door. I had to give a specimen and had no where to place my things other than the wet sink and the waiting room chairs are cheap and uncomfortable.

Was very please with patient care I received

I would give one star if I could. I went because my hair was falling out with sores on my head. I was offered moisturizing shampoo and told “I don’t see what you mean”. After asking if she recommend I go the ER, I was immediately diagnosed with a fungal scalp infection that can lead to scarring and permanent hair loss if left untreated. And given an immediate referral to a dermatologist. I’ve never felt so dismissed by a healthcare provider. Who had nothing to offer in terms of advise but moisturizing shampoo. She, especially as a woman, should be ashamed of herself.

The first time I came there I had 102 temperature & I only got gel pills for my cough I was getting worst they weren’t helping me & that was on Dec.31st 2023. I called to come back on Jan. 5th to get medication so I got Steroids and anabiotic be the first time I was there they they swapped me and they called me back and told me I had the flu so hopefully the medication I got now helps me I’m supposed to be getting something for my cold because I have a big cough and I’m waiting for them to call me if you got to give it to me yesterday so will see what happens .

An incredible experience… our son (10) got injured minutes before ball dropped on NYE, while out of town. We made a stop here, on 3 hour drive home, because their rating, which was confirmed. They were professional and thorough, while also being comforting and sensitive to our son’s fears. They got us in and out, fully confident we got the best care and with a smile on our son’s face. Highly recommend if ill or injured!

We arrived to a clean and friendly environment. The front receptionists were friendly with smiles. The nursing assistant was polite friendly and very through. And Dr. O’Conner was very professional and explained everything so we could understand what my wife had and needed to do to recover. The O’Conner Medical Urgent Care Center is a great place to visit when a person needs medical care.

Went there for the first time. Husband tested positive for Covid with a home test kit and we wanted to verify and see if he needed anything. Receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Waiting room and exam room clean. Physician Assistant pleasant and knowledgeable. We were happy with our experience here.

Absolutely 0/5 stars! Brought my 5 year old in with clearly visible red/pink crusty eyes and a cough and runny snotty nose with with yellow discharge along with a sore throat. Explained this all to the nurse and then again to PA Student. The PA student suggested a viral panel and strep test. Both negative. After all this she FINALLY gets a 5 second evaluation from the doctor where she was going to simply say it’s a virus and send us on our way. I had to ask well what about her eyes? She responded “oh I forgot” and in the midst of me trying to explain this is a reoccurring issue she walks out of the room!!! The PA student had to apologize on her behalf saying “I’m sorry there’s something going on” and ask what pharmacy I wanted eye drops sent to. Completely and totally unprofessional

They explained all to me and my treatment going forward. I’m an RN so can be critical but the care was outstanding and I would recommend this urgent care highly.

Great place to have around. I brought my son who was a little nervous. The nurse brought him in and immediately put him at ease. The PA was just was great. We were in and out in record time and home for my little guy to rest.

One of the best Urgent Care’s we have been to.

As a walk-in patient on what was obviously a very busy morning, I was seen by the doctor in about 20-25 minutes. Once he entered the room I felt like he took the time to hear me out and discuss any concerns. It’s the first time in a while that I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off.

Good experience I came out feeling better my 11 year old says as the father I would give them five stars they were quick polite answered questions thoughtfully and gave us the picture of his break and a note for school without us having to ask
